Just joined, though I don't have a folding dedicated system, I'll try to remember to run it whenever I do them huge overnight downloads
.
Edit:
Folding may be a possible contest idea? Spark some competition through the relatively large fan-base com.puter.tv has going, if enough interest is sparked, the team points would spiral :S.
And I'll be folding for three days straight, so prepare for me to take the lead
.

it's better to use the CPU version i think, especially if it's dual core (as you stated)
