right now my 9800GT is folding @ 50 celcius in an antec 900 with bad cable management >__>

What kind of cooler do you have on that thing? When I folded with a 9800GT in my 900 with good cable management I was in the upper 70s - lower 80s.

Folding 100% on a 4870x2 with an AC Accellero gives me 45C, whisper quiet as well.

Download this then install it. Then also set your team number as 152670. That's basically it...

Should do, although if you wanted to truly maximize your CPU, download the SMP client. There's no GUI and it runs in a CMD window, albeit it's optimized for multi-core systems.

if you mean restrict it to using 1 core then you need to do it in task manager, right click on the F@H process and select set affinity and then choose the cores you want it to use from there

just run the clients normally, each one will share 25% usage of each core
