You hit 5GHZ..That's insane.
How stable is it though?
Im running all cores on prime around 4.9ghz satble, Might get stable at 5ghz in winter. Temp here today being summer is about 30c/ 86F so thats not helping. But this chip does run cooler for sure. Just seems to like lots of vcore, i guess you get that with additional cores....

Don't hit 1.8 or you'll fry the chip!
At any rate, 5Ghz is fine, you'll have plenty of processing power.
If not you can always get that dual CPU LGA1336 board that EVGA is going to make.

Only on H2O with all threads still active  WHAT ISNT THAT THE CORE I9 WHERE DID U GET IT FROM IS IT EVEN OUT 6CORES 12THREADS THAT WAS THE CPU I WAS GOING TO GET FOR MY NEW RIG WHERE IS IT FROM

Just searched on eBay US there are 2 for sale just search for gulftown on eBay.com I'll hold back for a while until they are available here not worth spending 1000+ buying from overseas might get damaged

18 passes in 12 minutes at 4ghz. Using 11 of 12 threads really good temps imo...   MLT (BPT)
