Yeah, theyre all the same chip. and Pcb mostly, except for matrix and some msi versions. I also think the sapphire vapour x is a bit diff as all the mem chips are on one side of the pcb...

Lol its not the length of the card that depicts how many shaders it has. The 5870 and the 5850 are the same die, just some shaders are defective from manufacturing defects/yeilds, so instead of loosing money by throwing the defective chips away, they just reconfig the chip with a disabled amount of shaders and sell it off as a lower model...

The longer cards normally just have more and larger vrm's, more memory and bigger coolers...

I think the Vapor-X has a bit different of a setup, just like the Toxic HD5850.

Got to play with a nice little deck of cards on the weekend at the last lan. Tri sli is nice, still glad i didnt go that way though....

Most of the 5870's are mine...
