Heat won't be a huge issue. I have PS2Slim from PS2 and it never had a heat issue. No errors either!

None the less, I might not buy it since I have PC.

Over Heating is what killed my PS2 slim and DRR Game...
Between KH, FFX, and DDR everyday it killed over fast.
I might get one of the PS3 PHATs when the slim comes out.

How much did you play? I used to play for 3 hours each day continuiously. Must mean you played more than that.. At least should've taken some rest. Not for your ps2, but for your self!
