Hydro Series H50 to replace a zalman 9700

I was looking at corsair the other day and saw this new waterblock, or isolated water cooling device for the CPU only and it looks pretty nice.

I looked throughout google and saw nothing. So maybe I can get some feedback from you guys.

I currently have my 920 overclocked to 3.0GHz and I get around 30-40c on the CPU, but each core is around 45c-60c when on load and what not. I have my fan set to 60% through the BIOS, Even though its not very loud, I would like to try this waterblock

Do you guys think I will get some better temperatures?

Are those temps the actual CPU or the separate cores?

I would think so, because my cores are a 15c diff from the cpu itself.

even though i'm a fan of companies creating pre-arranged CPU watercooling, most of them don't perform very well compared to indivdually selected parts (CPU block, pump, radiator etc)
