Agreed, but the problem is the price; it's freaking expensive, and it doesn't even come with fans!

With that said, slap on some Noctua's or Scythe fans and you're set.

True, but add $50 in Noctua fans to an $80 cooler and you may as well just go for WC.

Even without fans it one of the best coolers + there is no sound for people that can't stand fan sounds

If you wanted silence go for water cooling. However, Even the most expensive Air solution is cheaper than water.

Unless you go with the H50 and slap on a Scythe Fan.
