If your not gunna go with LQ cooled id go with the quietest and arguably the best at cooling and can afford it id go with the Noctua NH-D14 120mm & 140mm SSO CPU Cooler....
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ROOM!!!!! its a big bastard.... its designed to sit a tad higher than most CPU fans so it'll clear ur memory......
U NEED LOTS OF ROOM top to motherboard & front to back.....
ive read reviews u can clock up to 4ghz and be safe with this bad boy.... now id test it out for urself and see, u always wanna slowly prgress ur overclocking with ur system and never do what someone suggest.... because there are alot of variables to account for... atmosphere of where case fits, case itself, how the air is flowing thru case, how many fans u have, and even how full the case is and what other heating components are heating the case up.....

heres a link to that bad boy:  http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608018

with that said, i like most ur components there, in my opinion if u have the room in the 5.25 bays, id go with a LQ system....
if not room, but you have the cash, go with an outside source....this is ur best bet as of LQ cooling goes, and the thing with LQ cooling.  it will cut down on sound, cool more and also last many future upgrades..... the link below list the brand id go with and list a bunch of possibilities for u to see what fits you....  if ur just cooling the cpu with it a cheaper 2 fan system should work fine, but if ur overclocking crazing or going to cool the vid cards, id recommend the 3 fan system....
