Rating/reward system(or whatever you wanna call it)

So i was browsing the Facepunch Forum the other day, and i think they have a really awesome *insert thread title here*.

You can give each post a "reward"(i really dont know what to call those things...) like: Late(for old stuff), Agree, Disagree, Dumb, Bad spelling, Optimistic, Funny, Informative, Polite/nice/firendly, useful, artistic, Bad reading.

My suggestion is that we get something similiar, NOT a total rip-off, but just something like it.

Is this possible at all? please comment! i hope many will agree to my idea
