I've always been into military related things so I was wondering what special forces do you prefer/like?

Personally I like the British SAS & U.S. Navy Seals. For me, they're training is top notch and no laughing matter.

I hear the Spetznaz "hurt" themselves in training as they're taught to enjoy pain.

For agents, I'd stick to MI-6/MI-5.

I'd stick with the CIA, British SAS, Navy Seals, oh and the Green Berets. As For Mi-6 and Mi-5 There pretty good, but I think Mi-6 and The CIA are almost the same, but for some reason there's been more cases involving Mi-6/5 publicly that of course shouldn't be public, as for the CIA you here about some blown covers, but not much on missions. Also got to say that over here in the U.S. there's lots of JROTC Programs I'm in one its a military thing but its fun. Firing weapons and spinning rifles every boys dream lol.
