[..YouTube..] it is amzing just bought it from td today for my 22inch it is awsome for the price just amazing
February 26th, 2009 at 5:34 am
[..YouTube..] 200 in us, ye
February 26th, 2009 at 10:40 am
[..YouTube..] awesome man
Thanks foe the details. I am getting it in exactly 7 days!! yayyyy can’t wait
February 26th, 2009 at 10:41 am
[..YouTube..] This card will run crysis at around 30-40 fps maxed out with a dual core proc and 2gb ddr2.
Don’t listen to others and try it yourself.
February 26th, 2009 at 11:35 am
[..YouTube..] When this card first came out it was going for 250 bucks- it was basically made to play Crysis. Remeber this card was released AFTER the 8800GTX and the original 8800GTS- The 8800GT is basically a smaller 8800GTX with big performace to match- specially if you get a SuperClocked or SSC edition- those are higher quality GPU’s from the factory and can overclock much higher than stock clocked ones. Im running my SuperClocked version at 735mhz Core/1800MHZ Shaders/2.2GHZ Memory
February 26th, 2009 at 12:19 pm
[..YouTube..] this card can touch those clock speeds defined by illmagnified with good cooling solution.
My friend has Oced it to 700mhz core clock on stock cooling.
February 26th, 2009 at 2:42 pm
[..YouTube..] yay i ordered one yesterday too!!
February 26th, 2009 at 4:16 pm
[..YouTube..] Most deffinetly, In all honestly i think the 8800GT was one of the best GPU’s EVER created by Nvidia. Not only does it STILL play EVERY SINGLE GAME at highest settings at 1440X900 to 1680X1050 (if its matched with a decent cpu, im using an Intel Quad Core)- but the G92 GPU overclocks like nothing ive ever seen on its stock air heatsink. At the VERY LEAST-you can overclock 50-60mhz across the board on EVERY G92.(newer revision to the G80 which the original 8800GTX and the 320Mb and 640Mb 8800GTS)
February 26th, 2009 at 4:20 pm
[..YouTube..] I dont know why he says “if you arent into the latest games this card is a great great card”- I play every new game including CRYTEK based games like Crysis and Warhead no problem between 30FPS-65FPS and im using the older version of this card which is the 8800GT SuperClocked Ed. So again, if you already own an 8800GT and are thinking about buying a new graphics card- DONT!!!- Just buy a 2nd 9800GT (8800GT and 9800GT SLI together no problem)- and SLI them to get GTX280 like performance.
February 26th, 2009 at 4:56 pm
[..YouTube..] i’m thinking of getting the xxx edition of this for just 20 buks more it’s a cool card..
February 26th, 2009 at 9:32 pm
[..YouTube..] i bought in store xxx edition same price as normal with far cry 2 and 3d mark free!!
February 26th, 2009 at 9:38 pm
[..YouTube..] Wow.
Ive been having this Geforce 420MX that i had from my first computer 6 years ago…
Im FINALLY getting a radeon ati stealth 9250..
February 27th, 2009 at 11:16 am
[..YouTube..] “if you arent into the latest games this card is a great great card”-
BULLSHIT man this card is actually for newest games!
i agree with you illmagnified. I have pointed this out 2 weeks back here that this dude has underestimated the real power of the card with his remarks. check out review of 9600gt by logan. He has benchmarked it with crysis as well and it was very playable on medium. He said 9600gt is one of the fastest card in its price range. This is 9800gt better than a 9600gt.
February 27th, 2009 at 11:22 am
[..YouTube..] I am getting this card in 3 – 4days. I will upload videos for you guys to show how it runs. Got these titles on my pc.
Grid,Undercover,Pure,Burnout Paradise,COD4,COD5,Crysis warhead,Mirrors Edge,Ass****in’s Creed,Far Cry2,Tom Raider: Underworld,Devil May Cry 4
Bioshock,Area 51 Black Site,Stalker Clear Sky
Left4Dead,GTA4,Silent hill homecoming,
Alone int he dark 5
So ill be posting videos soon.
February 27th, 2009 at 12:34 pm
[..YouTube..] Absolutely Rafay321- The 9600GT will play Crysis on High at 1024X768 to 1280X1024, the 8800GT/9800GT will play Crysis on Very High at 1680X1050 if you have a fast enough processor to back up the card. I have an Intel Quad Core so my 8800GT SuperClocked plays ANY GAME at my native 22″ resolution of 1680X1050 maxed out. I just got Far Cry 2 and im playing at 1680X1050 with 4X AA everything maxed out with NO LAG WAT SO EVER-even when everything is on fire and exploding around me, no lag.
February 27th, 2009 at 12:37 pm
[..YouTube..] Hey IsThatMyAdobo- dont buy an Ati Stealth 9250- Save up another 30 bucks and buy yourself an ATI 4670/Nvidia 9600GTfor around 60 bucks- not only willthis enable you to be able to play every game out there on high settings at decent resolutions but of you have a dual core cpu then 1440X900 wont be a problem. Even if you have an ancient single core- youll be able to play every game at 1024X768 with medium to max settings no problem.
February 27th, 2009 at 1:25 pm
[..YouTube..] yeah right but, he has an geforce 420mx wich uses an AGP slot, the whole Geforce4 serie doesn’t even have pci-e graphicscard, so if he would buy an 9600gt he should immediately upgrade to an other motherboard wich does support pci-e, properly an new cpu and new memory wich fits the new motherboard. i wanna have a complete rig for only 30 bucks :S
February 27th, 2009 at 3:18 pm
[..YouTube..] This is true, thats why he should save up 500 bucks and buy an AMD Phenom Triple Core, an ATI 4830 1Gb, Asus P35 Cross Fire Motherboard, 3Gb Ram, 250Gb Hard Drive, Antec 300 Case W/450 Watt PSU all for less than 500 bucks. This configurable system will play Crysis and Far Cry 2 at their highest settings at nice resolutions with no lag what so ever. Also it wil support full HD content. For an extra 50 bucks you can bump up the Hard Drive to 500Gb and get another Gig of ram for 4Gb total.
February 27th, 2009 at 6:45 pm
[..YouTube..] i have a pci-e x16 port and im not sure if this card will work on it???
February 27th, 2009 at 7:16 pm
[..YouTube..] ahhh thanks for the reply, but i left out the detail that i bought it like a loong looong loong loong time ago.. I think last year’s black friday sales, was pretty cheap that i got online.
I have an installed a pentium 4 possessor (2.66GHz)
February 28th, 2009 at 3:36 am
[..YouTube..] Of course it will work. PCI-e 2.0 card is backwards compatible with PCI-e x16
March 1st, 2009 at 10:06 am
[..YouTube..] Albert says we can SLI the 8800GT and 9800GT together, others say otherwise. Can someone please tell me if i can SLI these two cards or not. Thanks.
March 1st, 2009 at 10:36 am
[..YouTube..] You can, though that would require a BIOS flash. Which will void the warranty.
So it’s op to the owner
March 1st, 2009 at 10:53 am
[..YouTube..] Flash the 9800GT bios? How do i do that? Because I want to buy a 9800GT and SLI it with my 8800GT
March 1st, 2009 at 1:29 pm
[..YouTube..] Tell me Albert, this video card, founds in my power supply, it has 450W, it comes with the EuroCase’s CASE, model EUK5-212.
Then, i have an NVIDIA mainboard, model NF-MCP61, does this video card founds?
March 7th, 2009 at 12:07 pm
[..YouTube..] dont get branded off the shelf system. They are crap and dont allow you to alter the parts. You are always dependent on the company.
Instead build a system…thats the best option.
March 7th, 2009 at 3:56 pm
[..YouTube..] LMFAO! Thank you for telling me, i would of been hella mad if i wasted money lol
March 7th, 2009 at 4:07 pm
[..YouTube..] heres are some things you can do.
1) Get a new motherboard, which means you will need a new processor, a new case, a new power supply etc. NOT WORTH IT.
2) Burn that computer you own and get a new 2009 caliber gaming computer like i am.
3) Get a PCI card. They arent as good as pci express but they can play some low graphcal games.
4) Build a PC. It will cost like 800 bucks to build one. Its easy and cheap.
March 7th, 2009 at 7:18 pm
[..YouTube..] in my case, the logo will be upside down cause my case opens on the right, lol
March 7th, 2009 at 7:19 pm
[..YouTube..] can this run on a 375w PSU? i have
+12VA – 18 and +12VB – 18
March 7th, 2009 at 10:36 pm
[..YouTube..] i want a dell xps =S
March 7th, 2009 at 11:04 pm
[..YouTube..] dude, don’t waste your money. Get a dell studio. They have 9800 GT in it, a quad core processor, and 4 to 8 gigs of RAM. that will play anything.
March 8th, 2009 at 4:21 am
[..YouTube..] Yeah ofcourse…he said you could SLi with a 8800GT around 1:48
March 8th, 2009 at 7:35 pm
[..YouTube..] Someone know the difference between
XFX GeForce 9800 GT and
EVGA PCIE GF9 9800 GT please.
March 10th, 2009 at 1:39 am
[..YouTube..] no, the minimum is 400W
March 10th, 2009 at 1:43 am
[..YouTube..] can Crysis at least work fairly well with that card on average settings
March 10th, 2009 at 10:47 am
[..YouTube..] will this card get destroyed ? if i overclock?
March 10th, 2009 at 10:49 am
[..YouTube..] can i use DDR2 ram on it ???
March 10th, 2009 at 4:57 pm
[..YouTube..] No, it wont get destroyed… Just use Riva Tuner and put up your clocks up by around 20Mhz and your card will be like, “Whats this easy ****?”
As for your DDR2 Memory…yes it will support it. GDDR and DDR can be at different levels…because they are different things. The Radeon 4870/x2 has GDDR5… You can run that with a motherboard that supports DDR2 memory.
March 11th, 2009 at 8:15 pm
[..YouTube..] you don’t put ram in a video card.
it doesn’t matter what kind of memory you have in your motherboard.
March 11th, 2009 at 8:21 pm
[..YouTube..] you dont put ram in a video card! ram goes on your motherboard, the video card ram is different
March 11th, 2009 at 8:22 pm
[..YouTube..] ive seen crysis run on med – high settings with this, its a GREAT card
March 12th, 2009 at 9:28 am
[..YouTube..] I know that
it works if i have DDR2 (4gb)
Will this setup work nice?
Prosessor: Intel Core DUo 1333 mhz 3.16 ghz
Video Card : XFX GeForce 9800GT
And all the other “best” things..???
March 12th, 2009 at 6:41 pm
[..YouTube..] Thats a really good setup, not the best, but about what mine will be; how much ram do you have?
March 12th, 2009 at 7:26 pm
[..YouTube..] I have 4 GB ofc!!:P
March 14th, 2009 at 9:57 am
[..YouTube..] Fail question. BTW (If you haven’t noticed yet), DDR2 RAM is for your mobo. GDDR2 RAM is for graphics cards, but you can’t put in your own.
March 14th, 2009 at 1:22 pm
[..YouTube..] yea i buy this card yesterday xD but i can use it because my power supply sucks xD but soon i will buy a new one
March 15th, 2009 at 1:04 am

March 18th, 2009 at 10:40 am
[..YouTube..] Probably but not at the highest settings
March 18th, 2009 at 12:14 pm

DirectX 10 is bloody brand new. I dont think the game developers will rush and even find the engine that ROCKS and shows ultimate graphics … I just wanna say: 9800 GT Owns All the new games on highest settings. For me.

April 12th, 2009 at 1:44 pm
[..YouTube..] is a 375w suitable if i have a stock dell motherboard, penitum dual core processor 2.80 GHz, a 80gb SATA HDD?
or would i have to buy a 450w PSU?
April 12th, 2009 at 2:16 pm
[..YouTube..] i have a NVIDIA geforce 9200m GE is that good?
April 12th, 2009 at 2:17 pm
[..YouTube..] Hello, the 375w will be ok for the 9800 gt. It uses around 75-200 watts, it will handle good but i am not sure if you are going to play demanding video games such as crysis, maybe the pc will restart or you’ll have graphic problems. Oh and make sure the 450w or 375w has one six pin connector.
April 13th, 2009 at 7:44 am
[..YouTube..] I just bought EVGA 9800 GT….but its not that great..cuz its 8800 GT

[..YouTube..] How much is that card???
April 13th, 2009 at 3:36 pm

April 14th, 2009 at 7:37 pm
[..YouTube..] Hey does this sound like a rig that could eat up Crysis?
Intel 2 Quad Core 2.66ghz
4gb of DDR2 ram
one 1,782mb Nvidia 9800 GTX 295
1,000 Watt Power Supply
500gb of space
4x Duel Layer Blu Ray Burner
April 14th, 2009 at 8:50 pm
[..YouTube..] Well, I love my Viewsonic 19″ CRT monitor, yes I’m an old school and regardless I bought this card and it was a damn good upgrade from my XFX 9500 GT DDR2, and trust me that card gave me impressive results for a none gaming card. But this one it worth every single penny.
April 15th, 2009 at 1:36 pm
[..YouTube..] if the fan good?
April 16th, 2009 at 8:32 am
